Theodore is a Partner of the Firm and has been focusing on maritime law, civil and commercial litigation, and enforcement proceedings. He is actively involved in complex court disputes, regularly drafting and filing lawsuits, interlocutory actions, legal interventions, appeals, writs of restitution, payment orders, asset seizures and statements of opposition against execution, while appearing before civil and administrative courts, and representing clients throughout criminal proceedings. Theodore also routinely handles real estate and maritime transactions. His shipping practice centers on maritime disputes, ship arrests and injunction measures, alongside advising shipping companies, agents, logistics providers, and transport operators on 3PL, chartering, and carriage contracts. Theodore’s extensive courtroom, procedural experience has fueled Theodore’s thorough interest in maritime dispute resolution and high-stakes litigation for shipping, national and international transport as well as trade and real estate enterprises.
